July 2002 - Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore

hi!

after 2 weeks of no existing internet and not wanting to write emails, not wanting to cope reality, just chilling on one perfect beach after the other, i
finally found my way back to western life ... singapore .... internet.
and its good to read mails again ... very good indeed.

well, what happened....

went from bangkok down to phuket, krabi, ao nang, ko phi phi (long beach), malaysia, kecil perhuentian, singapore ... that was my route so far.

god, i ve been to the most gorgeous beaches of thailand ... i ve seen ko samet, ko samui, ko tao, ko phangan on my last trips ... they ve been gorgeous, but compared to the islands around krabi/ao nang ...
fucking hell, no chance of beating them.  this is what i call paradise, and i ve seen some places ... the other thing, what came in handy, was that it was off seasion, means monsoon time, but the weather was fucking brilliant these 10 days as well, with the big advantage of very low prices, you could choose, where you wanna stay, and best of it: no people, no crowds of toursist ... no warmduschers ha.

brilliant. did some diving in malaysia, was ok. did some snorkelling with 1.5 meter turtles and sharks, that was amazing. but most of time i just spent on the white sand beaches chilling, drinking good cocktails, chilling,
getting tan, chilling, getting fucking bitten by moskitos, taking a nude swim in turquise warm water under the clear sky watching the milky way .... hell
yeah. good stuff.

malaysia is cool, but just for men. girls are hardly accepted, means, when i go with a girl to the restaurant in malaysia, the girl can order as much as
she wants, they just ignore her. so i got all the power to make here eat whatever i want .... ha thats cool hehe ... i really really like that country ... i
am the king ... no just kiddin. its a different religion and you feel the difference at once as you crossed the border from thailand ... there is a bit of aggression in the air ... a bit of a dodgy feeling.

and now singapore ... small new york city, but same expensive ... i ll do some camera shopping there, but wont spend much time here, too expensive. just here for the stamp in my passport.

good, gotta go
hungry
